What Automotive Place does
The full list of what already works and what is still being built.
More than an app.
Your automotive command center.
Manage your project, track modification history, plan spots and trips, and build your presence in the automotive community.
Project Card
Document every stage of work. Create clear timelines, catalog installed parts, engine parameters, and a full service history in a clean, readable format.
Other Users' Projects
Browse projects from all over the world. Search for inspiration by make, model, engine, or specific modifications and see how others build their cars.
Advanced Search
Find exactly what you're looking for, like projects with the best 0-100 km/h acceleration or the highest engine power. Filter by numbers, not just by name. You can also narrow the results down to your area: pick a city or use your location and set a radius.
Spots and Trips
Discover local meets, spontaneous gatherings, and interesting routes. Organize joint trips and meet people nearby who share the same passion.
Groups
Join topic-based groups or create your own (around a brand, model, or local scene) and build an engaged community around it.
Joint Posts
Add posts together with other users as co-authors. A great way to share moments from spots, trips, and projects built together with someone.
Problems
Report an issue or a broken part on your project. Describe it, add photos, and ask the community and companies for help diagnosing it, all tied to that specific car.
Map
One global map. See where the interesting places are, which spots and trips are happening nearest you, and which projects are in your area.
The entire history of your car.
In one place.
Every project has a clear card with technical specifications, a timeline of modifications, and photos from every stage of the build. Visible publicly or only to app users.
- Technical specification and engine parameters
- Chronological history of modifications and service
- Photo gallery linked to every entry
- Reminders for services, inspections, and insurance

Not just a showcase. A full command center for your car.
A project in Automotive Place is a living document where you keep a service book in it, stay on top of deadlines, hand over the history when selling, and show the car to the community.
Digital service book
Log every service, repair, and modification on a single timeline. Your car's full history always at hand, instead of a pile of receipts in the glovebox.
Deadline reminders
Set reminders for insurance, inspection, or the next service. The app notifies you before the deadline passes, by email and in the app.
Hand over when selling
Selling the car? Transfer the project to the new owner together with the full history of modifications and service records. The documented history stays with the car.
Activity mentions
Every time the project takes part in a spot, trip, or post, it's recorded in its mentions. A clear history forms of where the car has been and what happened around it.
Show it off in one click
Adding a new modification or stage? Turn it into an automatic post and show the change to the community without rewriting anything by hand.
Project at spots and trips
Submit your project to a spot or trip, and others can see which cars will show up before they even decide whether to join.
Compare projects
Put two projects side by side and compare mechanical modifications, technical data, and performance, e.g. power, torque, or 0-100 km/h acceleration.
Show your car to anyone. No login required.
Set a project to public and anyone can see your card, no account needed. Perfect for meets and social media.
Visible without an account
A public project opens straight from a link, so the viewer doesn't need to install anything or log in to see the specs and modifications.
QR code on the car
Generate a QR code (already available in the app) and stick it on the window. Anyone can scan it and instantly see what's under the hood and what's been changed.
Graphic for social media
Generate a ready-made project showcase as an image and post it on Instagram, TikTok, or stories, in a consistent and clean layout.
Not sure which way to go?
Ask the people who have been there.
Some build decisions are hard to make on your own. Add a poll to your post and link the project it is about. Instead of thirty conflicting comments you get an answer you can actually count.
- A question and two to eight answers
- One click to vote, results visible straight away
- The linked project shows which car you mean
- The post also lands on the project page and stays in its history
